Created in December of 2003, the Solomon
Valley
Supporting Hands Project is an area-wide, ongoing charitable action initiated because of a growing, local interest in assisting children, teenagers, women and men who are less fortunate. The framework of this endeavor
is made of individuals, families, organizations, schools, churches The
Supporting Hands Project is closely associated with Kansas City Chief, Will Shields’ “Will to Succeed” Foundation,
and is the inaugural organization to participate in the Foundation’s “Special Teams Program.”
